90–Day Surge: Day 14 Check-in

Here’s what happens when you publish on Medium every day for two weeks.

Two weeks ago, I decided to start what I’m calling a 90-Day Surge. I’m writing and publishing a Medium article every single day, and documenting the results as I go. Today is Day 14, and here’s an update.

I actually managed to publish something every single day. Go me! One day, it was just a short poem, but most days, it was a longer form piece.

I’m focused more on the consistency of actually doing than the content of the writing at this point, though over time, that is likely to shift as that consistency of daily publishing helps me get clear on what I want to write about here.

There aren’t a lot of strict rules to this challenge I’ve given myself — just publish something on Medium every single day. I’ve been also submitting them to the Partner program just to see if I make any money and surprise, I have! Not a lot, just a few cents per article, but a buck is a buck and worthy of celebration.
